- Advisory growth overall was very good with notably strong growth in mergers and acquisitions within our Transaction Services and Corporate Finance practices up 25% and 16% respectively, and Forensic up 33%.
- Cross–advisory engagements include Ford’s disposal of Aston Martin and advising on a three year back office transformation programme for a global telecoms company.
- Current conditions have created demand for help to tackle issues such as severe underperformance, regulatory compliance and financial strain.
- Work for private and public sector clients is increasingly pan–European; the UK and German firms’ Advisory teams have run in parallel in the six months preceding the merger.
