Hello, I’m Ashley Steel, Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at KPMG. More and more KPMG people are putting their skills to work on projects that really matter to society. Take education, we’re funding and supporting a new KPMG City Academy. This will open in 2009 and we’re doing fantastic work through the KPMG Foundation’s Every Child a Reader programme, this is reading recovery for teachers who provide one to one help to children with serious literacy problems. The Government is now rolling this programme out nationally and we’re very proud of that. Working with the community clearly makes KPMG a better and more rewarding place to work.
