We want our partners to be great leaders and to make their mark – inside and outside the firm. We recognise that striving to be the best will be different for each partner. This year we have introduced an exciting new partner self–development programme, devised with the Henley Centre. The programme helps partners to assess their own strengths and areas for development, and develop strategies to enable them to become the best they can be through coaching and individually tailored training.
