We were one of the first firms to introduce an emerging leaders programme and this year we improved the programme substantially. Now we are identifying exceptional performers earlier; matching their long term development with the changing requirements of clients; and taking our emerging leaders who are approaching partnership through a new intensive ‘leadership track’ programme. This ensures they are both fully supported through this crucial stage in their career and able to excel with our clients in their new role.
