We are becoming one of Europe’s most attractive employers
The merger has brought enormous logistical challenges, such as the creation of consistent pay and grades, rewards, promotion and mobility policies. But these were all in place for the launch, helping to establish a strong sense of unity. There are significant differences between the firms but many important commonalities too, especially our shared values.
We were well represented at graduate recruitment fairs this year and an experienced–hire team was established in the German firm, replicating the team in the UK. This builds on success in the UK, where graduate hires are up 15% and our online recruitment campaign won three national awards.
Our ambitious growth plans for the merged firm mean recruiting more graduates and experienced people over the next three years. The scale of KPMG Europe LLP means we are better placed than ever to offer talented people an exceptional international career experience on a very big stage.
