Better services for our clients
We have always been passionate about the quality of the services we provide to our clients. The feedback has been consistently encouraging and 2007 was no exception. We were named ’Global Firm of the Year’ at the 2007 Accountancy Age awards in November, with the judges commenting on our great client delivery, along with examples of our new services and innovation. Earlier in the year, UK finance directors voted us ’Auditor of the Year’ for the third year in succession and our own client satisfaction surveys show that 94% of our clients are more than satisfied with our service.
Together, as KPMG Europe LLP, we shall be able to deliver even more for our clients. Our size makes it possible for us to invest on a larger scale and in particular to provide even greater sector and product specialisation. After only two months post–merger we have already formed multi–national teams of professionals who are successfully winning in the market place. We are the first to acknowledge, however, that size is only a means to an end; our clients are vastly more interested in the quality of the service we give them, and that remains the focus.
