Better opportunities for our people
That service comes, of course, from our people. They, as ever, have put enormous effort into looking after our clients. In recognition that ours is very much a team game, we aim to share a greater part of our reward with our staff than any of the other big accountancy firms. We are very proud that for the last three years we have been in the top three in the The Sunday Times ’Best Big Companies to Work For’ survey. In addition, as KPMG Europe LLP, we will offer our leaders of the future a much broader stage on which to develop their careers.
