- Deals include Cinven and Warburg Pincus’ €2.6 billion buyout of Essent Kabelcom and the €2.6 billion acquisition of a majority stake in Endemol (by a consortium of investors comprising Goldman Sachs Capital Partners and others) and the acquisition by Duke Street Capital and Europa Capital of C.I. Traders Ltd for £401 million. Also advised on South Africa’s largest retail sector auction – Bain Capital’s acquisition of Edcon at US$3.5 billion.
- Were key advisors in ECI’s investment and exit from Laterooms.com, a deal the British Venture Capital Association awarded ‘Mid–Market Deal of the Year’.
