KPMG UK

Our CEO hosted a national conference for our most talented women to hear directly from them about their priorities for an inclusive environment.

We consult regularly with our people, to ensure we recruit and retain talent, irrespective of difference. These open forums are hosted by senior diversity champions across the UK.

We support a number of internal networks, all of which are open to all our people. These include ‘Breathe’ a network for gay, lesbian and bisexual colleagues, the Black Business Network, a Senior Womens Network, a Disability Network, and a number of faith based networks including Christian, Jewish and Islamic Society.

We are members of a number of organisations which share best practice on diversity and inclusion, such as Stonewall, Opportunity Now, Working Families, Race for Opportunity and the Employers’ Forums on Age, Belief and Disability.

We offer a range of flexible working options which are open to all our people, including career breaks, shorter working weeks, home working, job share, glide time, unpaid leave, additional holiday purchase and career breaks.

We undertake a range of recruitment activities to ensure we recruit the best candidates from the widest talent pool, including supporting diversity recruitment fairs and the sponsorship of University social clubs.

We have dedicated ‘Faith & Contemplation Rooms’ in a number of our offices.
