The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) consults on its "adequate procedures" guidance as required by the UK Bribery Act 2010
The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) has started an eight week consultation period on its "adequate procedures" guidance as required by the UK Bribery Act 2010. The consultation will run from 14 Sept to 8 November 2010, and final guidance is expected in early 2011 in time for implementation of the Act in April 2011.
