Turnaround executive management/CRO service

A Chief Restructuring Officer is a board level executive with responsibility for developing and carrying out a turnaround strategy, usually working alongside the other Board members who continue to manage day-to-day operations.

By taking executive roles, KPMG’s Restructuring professionals have the authority to carry through major changes. All our individuals have extensive track records, and possess leadership qualities, business integrity and a firm command of financial, operational and legal issues.

We can offer:

  • Crisis management designed to help stabilise the business to help enable turnaround
  • Practical plans for restructuring the business and increasing the speed of the turnaround process
  • Executives to fill critical leadership positions
  • Help with ensuring a timely flow of information and analysis
  • Management of communications with the Board, management and lenders
  • Fallback planning
  • Deep and broad support from KPMG’s network of firms.
